Are you looking for a single room in Sydney CBD? Well, we have just the room for you! It comes with a built-in wardrobe and offers a stunning view of Darling Harbour. The apartment itself is well-maintained and in great condition.

The best part about this location is that it's right in the heart of Sydney CBD. You'll be just a 5-minute walk away from Town Hall station, Chinatown, and Woolworths. And if you're a fan of Darling Harbour, you'll be pleased to know that it's only a 4-minute walk away!

We're currently searching for a neat and tidy student or full-time worker to move in. It's important that you respect others' privacy and help keep the shared areas clean. You'll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with myself and my partner, both of whom are also working full-time. We enjoy staying in during the evenings but like to unwind and relax on the weekends.

Rent for the room is $425 per week, which includes all bills. Payments are made fortnightly in advance. Additionally, there will be a bond of 3 weeks required, as well as a $200 deposit for the building key. If you decide to move out, we kindly ask for 3 weeks' notice.

Please note that we do not allow pets, parties, or smoking. We aim to create a peaceful and clean living environment for everyone.
