About the Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. You will be responsible for tracking progress, coordinating with clients, and managing warehouse tasks to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Track and manage warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage billing activitise accurately and on time.
• Monitor workflow and team performance, ensuring operational targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to optimize productivity and processes.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and invoicing systems.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles is highly desirable.
